Refund policy
Refunds & Returns
First, if you have considered a refund or return, you have likely ordered a product with us. This means we owe you a thank you first! Nothing makes us happier than helping one of our customers out and as such we promise to do our best to serve your needs to the best of our abilities, even when something if there were some hiccups. That said, there are some things you may need to know:
- You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment (see our Shipping Policy)
- For any questions about your order please reach out to support@scandicboho.com
- Once products have been dispatched and shipped, you have a 30 day period to allow for returns.
- We only provide refunds for damaged products at moment of delivery.
- You may also request a refund in the form of a voucher code of the equivalent value of your ordered products.
- Some of our products are on sale. Unfortunately, we do not provide returns or refunds for these products.
- We are not responsible for errors made by local postal carriers, or packages lost by the postal system.
- If you wish to return a product for refund, you will be responsible for payment of return shipping.
